Do we have to sell the home first?
Not necessarily. Whether you sell first, buy first, or move in stages depends on your finances and the market. Addison, our Seniors Real Estate Specialist, helps you choose the order that fits your situation.
What happens to the things we do not keep?
You have options: pass them to family, sell them through a professionally managed estate sale, or donate them. We handle all of it, and we treat every item with care.
